Refund policy
At High End Collectibles, every Lladró sculpture we offer is carefully selected and represented with detailed photographs, condition information, and descriptions so our collectors can purchase with confidence.
Because our collection consists primarily of rare, retired, limited-edition, and high-value porcelain sculptures—including one-of-a-kind pieces, consignments, and internationally sourced works—ALL SALES ARE FINAL except as specifically provided below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
High End Collectibles does not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, size, color preference, or other personal preference.
We strongly encourage collectors to review all photographs, measurements, condition information, and product details before completing a purchase. If you would like additional photographs, videos, measurements, or information about a sculpture before purchasing, please contact us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take exceptional care in the packing and shipment of our porcelain sculptures. When applicable, shipments are insured for their value.
If your sculpture arrives with shipping damage, you must contact High End Collectibles within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain the sculpture and all pieces, the original shipping carton, all interior packing materials, the shipping label, and all documentation and accessories included with the sculpture.
We may request photographs or video of the sculpture, shipping carton, label, and packing materials to document the damage and assist with any applicable shipping or insurance claim.
Do not discard any packaging materials and do not return the sculpture without prior authorization from High End Collectibles.
ITEMS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM THEIR DESCRIPTION
If you believe the sculpture you received is materially different from the item or condition represented in the listing, please contact High End Collectibles within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the photographs, listing information, and circumstances and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
CONSIGNMENT & INTERNATIONALLY SOURCED PIECES
Certain sculptures offered by High End Collectibles are sold on behalf of private collectors or sourced through trusted partners in Spain.
These pieces are subject to the same final-sale policy unless the item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Internationally sourced pieces may be subject to extended transit times, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the direct control of High End Collectibles.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or governmental charges applicable to a shipment are the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Because many of our sculptures are unique and packing, transportation, or fulfillment arrangements may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact High End Collectibles as soon as possible. Once packing, transportation, or fulfillment arrangements have begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
In the rare circumstance that High End Collectibles authorizes a return, the sculpture must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and must include all original boxes, bases, certificates, documentation, and accessories included with the purchase.
No return may be shipped without prior written authorization and return instructions from High End Collectibles.
