SHIPPING POLICY
At High End Collectibles, we understand that safely transporting rare and valuable Lladró porcelain requires exceptional care. Shipping arrangements are based on the size, value, location, and specific requirements of each sculpture.
DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING
Most sculptures located within the United States can be shipped directly to the buyer using an appropriate carrier and professional packing methods.
Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on the shipping profile assigned to the sculpture. Certain large, exceptionally fragile, or high-value pieces may require special shipping arrangements.
SPAIN & INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Certain sculptures offered by High End Collectibles are located with our trusted partners in Spain and may be shipped directly to the buyer.
These items may require additional processing and transit time. International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance, carrier requirements, and other circumstances outside the direct control of High End Collectibles.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing or at the time of purchase, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
OVERSIZED & MONUMENTAL SCULPTURES
Large, monumental, exceptionally fragile, or high-value sculptures may require specialized packing, crating, freight service, white-glove delivery, or other customized transportation arrangements.
For these pieces, the shipping amount displayed online may not represent the final transportation cost.
When special arrangements are required, High End Collectibles may contact the buyer before shipment to coordinate the safest and most appropriate delivery method.
INSURANCE
High End Collectibles takes great care in arranging the safe transportation of every sculpture. When applicable, shipments are insured based on the value of the item and the requirements of the carrier or shipping service.
DELIVERY & INSPECTION
We strongly recommend that buyers inspect the exterior of the shipment upon delivery and carefully unpack and examine the sculpture promptly after receipt.
Any shipping damage must be reported to High End Collectibles within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Please retain the sculpture, all pieces, the original shipping carton or crate, shipping label, and all packing materials if damage is discovered. These materials may be required to document a shipping or insurance claim.
LOCAL DELIVERY & SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
For certain purchases, local or regional delivery may be available by prior arrangement.
Buyers may also arrange for an approved insured carrier or professional pickup when appropriate. Any such arrangements must be coordinated with High End Collectibles before pickup.
If transportation is arranged independently by the buyer through a third-party carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers in accordance with the terms agreed upon for that transaction.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Processing and delivery times vary according to the sculpture's location, size, packing requirements, carrier, destination, and whether specialized transportation is required.
Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside the control of High End Collectibles may affect delivery times.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact High End Collectibles immediately if an address correction is required. Once a shipment has been released to the carrier, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.
