The arbor itself presented a significant technical challenge for Lladró's High Porcelain artisans, particularly during the firing process.

The composition incorporates up to 70 different colors, while the gowns of the three elegant ladies are richly decorated with porcelain interpretations of embroidery and lace. The intimate tea setting—with its delicate cups, plates, pitcher, biscuits, embroidered tablecloth and floral details—adds another remarkable layer of realism.
